Ronit Ben Ezry

I have been working with Marianne Steinmetz since April 2016.  She is my English "tele-coach".  Although we haven't met in person, we speak twice a week, so that I can get maximum practice and exposure to the language. We discuss many aspects of the business, especially the projects I am leading in the company.

Marianne asks me highly intelligent questions and then listens attentively as I answer, correcting my grammar and pronunciation when necessary.

I feel that I've made a lot of progress in these two years. I now give presentations in English and speak with suppliers and colleagues from abroad with greater ease and confidence.

Besides the speaking aspect, Marianne helps me (and other senior managers in the company) correct important English documents, e-mails and powerpoint presentations, to name a few. She has even helped our advertising agency perfect the English subtitles in our brands' TV commercials and has worked with our printers before publishing brochures and programs for our premium customers.

Marianne is highly professional but also warm and down-to-earth. She has a way of making people feel comfortable and bringing out their best.
